COCKTAIL RECIPE Madrid Just like a Manhattan, but with a Spanish flair (replace vermouth with LICOR 43™ Ingredients ¾ parts LICOR 43™ 2 ½ parts bourbon whiskey 1 dash bitters 1 maraschino cherry 1 twist orange peel Directions Combine the LICOR 43™, bourbon whiskey, and bitters with two or three ice cubes in a mixing glass.
