Home for the Nuptials
Amanda Wood and Jim Eldridge exchanged vows at the bride’s childhood home.
Amanda and Jim decided to make their wedding celebration an intimate gathering of family and close friends. Amanda’s parents’ garden was strung with bistro lights to set the scene for their ceremony.
The food for the reception was made by family friend Ron Wassell, who owns Blue House Catering. Guests enjoyed a passed dinner, and mingled to the sounds of the couple’s favorite songs. Floral décor included a seasonal mix that complemented the bride’s nontraditional bridal attire. Following the dinner reception, guests traveled downtown to an after party at the Playground Bar and Lounge.
