Jesus Christ Truth core values Integrity Compassion Accountability Discipline Unity ocie ledford employee of the year coleen coleman volunteer of the year Ocie joined the Lighthouse staff in the Fall of 2006 to develop and direct our KIDCare program. Ocie also volunteers her time at our Lakeland H.O.P.E. Center Before Ocie’s hiring, our residential children did not have a beneficial after-school environment in which to thrive. Now our children have a place to learn and grow. “I tell the kids from day one that I am there for them.” Coleen began volunteering at the Brandon Family Store before its opening 2010. She comes weekly to work, but her heart is in minis-tering to the residents: “These new friends have re-minded me that God has a plan for each one of us, and that faithful commitment to Him allows Him to work out that plan in our day-to-day activities.” 2010 by the numbers 214,540 35,567 provided meals lodging provided nights of faith decisions made 656 4,426 food boxes given 4,397 education given hours of clothing items given 4,170 furniture given housewares & 833 residents served program 148
