In these unassuming eateries, the meal begins with chips and salsa from the salsa bar, a tradition Moses carried over in his version of the perfect taco shop. Today Nucamendi runs the restaurant with wife Lisa and brother Alejandro, and the family was excited to open a second location in the Hollins area in 2008 and a New River Valley location in Christiansburg in winter 2009.
